The house is a comfortable ancient country villa with pool, very clean and well furnished with ancient furniture, recently restructured, 7 Km distant from Ragusa, 15 Km distant from the sea and from the free sandy beaches (10-15 minutes by car). It is situated in the South-East of Sicily in a very quite region ( more south of Tunisi ).

At the first floor: a matrimonial (double) room, a room with two beds, a bathroom without shower, a panoramic terrace with view on the country where you can see wonderful and romantic sunsets on the country up to the sea.
At the ground floor: a living room with a couch-bed, a typical kitchen in tiles, a bathroom with shower
Outside in the garden there is the swimming pool (available from June to September) and numerous corners to relax, to to eat or to enjoy the sun in all tranquility and independence not too far from the sea.
