Positive: The house was really well equipped, we were a group of 13 with 4 kids and there was loads of toys and games and the games room was a big plus. Little park very close to the property. Travel cot and high chair and stair gate available so didn't have to squeeze in the car. Really spacious house, great for a family holiday. Your own space but also space to socialise. House was very clean when we arrived and everything you needed was there so you could start relaxing.

Negative: Some more garden furniture out the back on the decking by the grass would be fab so you can watch the kids run about.
