Bright in appearance, the living area features a calm colour palette, it's the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the local area. You can kick back on the sofa or armchair and switch on the TV to keep up with your favourite shows.
The dining area is set back from the living area, featuring wooden dining table and chairs, this is a lovely spot to enjoy home cooked meals.
To the rear of this area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen. The modern space features stylish grey cupboards, marble worktops and high end appliances. You’ll have everything you could need for your self-catering staycation as the kitchen has all necessary utensils and cookware.
Head upstairs and you’ll find the spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a light colour theme to create a truly relaxing space. Holmlea Cottage is located just a short 10-minute drive to Pickering rail station where you can experience the infamous North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The station is a must see with a 1930s theme, so you’ll be transported back in time to the steam era. From here, you can travel to popular destinations such as Whitby, Grosmont and Goathland. There is also a stop in nearby Levisham.
