Negative: Overall the experience was good. Only problem was an incredible amount of messages that I received, 3/4 on a daily basis for different things that doesnt really matter as if they were concerned about us. Then we requested them to be in the house 2 more hours (You have to leave at 10.00am!!) and they didnt allow us. Thats very annoying as next day was thursday and there were plenty of time to clean the house. They didnt even offered to keep the bags there. If I can I will give them a 1/10 only for that lack of empathy. We were travelling with kids.
