Positive: * Staff & location: Super friendly service and an unbeatable location. * Dinner quality: The evening meals were tasty and well-prepared.

Negative: * Dinner options: The set menu lacks choice and a salad buffet. A "kids' option" or a simple alternative dish would be appreciated. * Service speed: Breakfast items were sometimes slow to be refilled. * Housekeeping: We had to request soap and toilet paper a couple of times during our stay. * Comfort: There is no common area or lobby to relax in. The room would benefit from better seating (for example, two armchairs instead of the desk and chair) to make it cozy. Also, the bathroom felt very tired, was freezing cold, and lacked basics like drinking glasses.

Summary: Great location and friendly staff, but facilities need updating
