Summary: Decent 3* hotel - room is modern and clean, furnished better than many 4* places I’ve stayed. Friendly welcome from reception staff. Location ok for exploring the east of the island, but a car is necessary. Breakfast is underwhelming and needs a focus on the basics. Breakfast staff could improve their customer service and friendliness. The set up is bizarre; biscuit tins on the table, place settings for one on tables with two chairs, pre-toasted toast (just wrong), plastic cups for water, poor bread selection, you had to ask for croissants as these were kept behind the bar (very odd), and the food selection just seemed to be balanced precariously on whatever countertop/table/pillar they could find in the room (very haphazard). There were also dead flies all over the window sills. Despite the areas for improvement in the breakfast, overall a good stay.
