Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Clean comfortable centrally located in Giuliana. No kitchen but a good cafe a few steps away, Facilities excellent especially bathroom and shower. Extremely helpful , informative host. Site is very close to castle that is well worth a visit and you are at the very centre of the town but the apartment remains quiet , peaceful and a calm space that is bright, light and airy. The outside terrace is a real asset to enjoy views and good place to enjoy the fresh clean air. Good local parking options if you avoid blocking any of the medieval alleys that locals hurtle down going about their business, If you are thinking of staying in Giuliana this has to be the best option.

Negative: We needed to be In Giuliana for a few days so the place completely ticked all the boxes, The host was full of information, keen to help in all ways when asked and explained and encouraged us to feel part of village life even if only for a few days. As a tea drinking english man a kettle might have supplemented the visit but these are uncommon in Sicily in my experience.

Summary: Peaceful ,clean , comfortable central location in a medieval village with obliging and helpful host
