Positive: The location was very good for exploring East Neuk.It was quiet.nice views out the front of property.

Negative: It is not disabled friendly although implies it is.It has a wheelchair symbol next to level access.it is level access to front door but there are 2 steps from hall to kitchen/living area.these 2 steps are advertised however there is no handrail so my mum had to grab the wall to help her use the stairs.there is no ramp access to back garden.there is decking accessible from back door however no ramp to get to grass or bins out the back. Garden- front garden has a broken slab which is a trip hazars.the edges of the grass hadn't been cut which made it look very untidy.There was a large dog poo in the middle of the back garden which we had to pick up.Clearly the people before us did not pick up after their dog-nor had the garden been checked before our arrival.there was no parasol for the garden furniture so although we did have some lovely sun we couldn't use the furniture.the back garden faces west but no sunsets can be seen as back garden view is of other people's properties. Kitchen-had to hunt for the welcome pack which was hiding under the tv.There were no instruction manuals for anything e.g. cooker,oven,tv.The welcome basket advertised as goodies from the local Elie deli did not contain any products from the deli.We visited the deli and their products looked fantastic.Our welcome basket contained a packet of jaffa cakes, pint of milk and bonmami french jam.none of which are sold in the deli.there was no dog treats in welcome basket yet there were many boxes of them stored in the shed.There were no small glasses for drinking whisky,vodka,gin etc only large tumblers and wine glasses.one of the tumblers had a chip at the top and my mum cut her lip.There were no spare black bin bags.In the welcome pack it said there were laundry bags and to use the colour coding-there was no laundry bags or explanation of this colour system.The kitchen table was wobbly.part rectified with prior people leaving kitchen roll under one of the legs but this didn't...
