The house has recently undertaken a complete renovation with the addition of a second floor with new bedrooms and bathrooms and a stunning balcony with views across the valley. It is very comfortably furnished to a very high standard, and has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool. It has a pretty garden with many cosy sitting areas and where you can enjoy al fresco dining during the summer evenings. You can walk up the tosca stone steps overlooking the terrace and enjoy the sunset across the valley from the terrace. An ideal G and T seat or day time retreat.
La Corona villa offers you a perfect base for visiting this historic part of Spain, with many great amenities and lively towns and cities only a short drive in any direction. But at the end of the day you can recover to the quiet splendor of your villa for peace and tranquility. The villa is not suitable for stag and hen parties.
Villa Details: The house is very comfortably furnished to a high standard and has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool. It has a nice garden with many cosy sitting areas in sun or shade. You can enjoy al fresco dining during the summer evenings, maybe using the traditional Spanish BBQ. Walk up the tosca stone steps overlooking the terrace and enjoy the sunset across the valley from the owners G & T seat. Smell the lavender and wild herbs and enjoy the very colourful flowers all around you while watching the sunset.
Local Area: The Villa is situated on foothills overlooking Javea port on a well lit quiet no through road. Walk down to the port and after watching the fishermen unload their catch have breakfast at one of the pavement cafes overlooking Javea bay. In the evening eat at one of the numerous restaurants where locals and visitors frequent. Javea old town is 10 min walk away and the more touristic Arenal beach front (with restaurants, bars and clubs) and promenade is a half hour walk or a 5 min car journey away.

The pleasant old centre of Javea is worth passing a few hours at one morning. Just wander around admiring the whitewashed buildings with Gothic features. Take a look in the Gothic Church of San Bartolome and visit the busy food market with its stalls full of fresh fish and fruits and vegetables. Market day is Thursdays which is really worth visiting.
Javea Beaches: The coast of Jávea is 25 km long, with beaches which stand out because of their natural beauty, transparent waters and the Mediterranean forests which surround them.
