Any reservation involving four rooms or more will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 100% deposit of the total amount for the reserved services, cancellation policy, in case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:, • full refund for cancelations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, • 100% of the total amount will be due and nonrefundable for cancelations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. to take advantage of our spa remember to book in advance. for a 2nd session at the spa (flotarium / sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 euros for 2 people. please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
