Summary: The shower sealant was mouldy. The shower had zero water pressure. The toilet roll holder wasn’t properly attached to the wall and fell off. The door to the bathroom wasn’t the right size and hit the floor when you tried to open it, which is dangerous. The door to the bathroom also didn’t close properly and could only be closed if it was locked. The mattress was a box spring and clearly at the end of its life because we could feel every single spring throughout the night. The room lacked visible sockets for hair dryer or straighteners. There was no box to leave the key in when checking out. There was no staff on th desk either so I had to email and phone to ensure the key was received back.
