Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was excellent and it was easy to find, good directions and communication with the host. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Room for 2 cars to park, easy access for keys.

Negative: The place could have been even better if it had a deep clean. It looked ok when we first arrived but there were dirty tissues left, dust everywhere and it just looked like it needed some care and attention. We found broken glass in the cupboard. The carbon monoxide monitor was beeping continuously so we had to take it down. It had corroded batteries inside. The cupboards were a bit chaotic with different plates and glasses scattered all over so a bit of order would have helped along with more mugs as only 4 which is not enough for up to 10 people. The heating didn't work properly and some of the lights wouldn't switch on. A set of instructions for everything would have been helpful.

Summary: Potential to be a great house to stay but some maintenance and deep cleaning needed!
