Magnificent private estate of 80 hectares with more than 200 years of family history and fully fenced and acclimatized for a unique rural getaway. Located in the Dehesa of the Sierra de Gredos, specifically in El Valle del Tiétar, La Finca belongs to the province of Toledo and is only 145 km from Madrid.
The Finca is mainly dedicated to recreation; horseback riding, soccer, tennis, pediment, fishing, hiking trails to the Sierra de Gredos, or Toledo. Ideal for family rural getaways, reunions of friends, private parties, basically the limit is your imagination.
The vegetation of the farm has mainly Encinas (you can see some specimen with more than 500 years), Alcornoques, although we can also find other vegetation such as Oak, Pine, Olive, Almond, Peach, Orange and other fruit grove. The farm has three water wells and a swamp at the foot of the house.
Also, the road of the farm is paved, so you can easily access all the vehicles to the main house.
