The house seamlessly blends its traditional charm, boasting exquisite wooden floors and stucco, with a modern and luminous ambiance.
Spanning a total floor space of 523 m2, all rooms within the house are exceptionally spacious. Upon entering, you'll find a modern kitchen accessible from the initial hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern electrical appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-equipped gym has recently been added. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located just behind the kitchen. No detail has been overlooked, ensuring that everything you could possibly need is readily available.
