Summary: Our arrival at the hotel was unfortunately not a pleasant one due to some issues with the front desk staff. However, I must say that the duty manager and the leadership team handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. They reacted immediately after check-in and took concrete steps to make things right, which truly helped turn the experience around.
It’s very important to have a management team that listens to its guests, and in this case, they absolutely did. Their prompt and respectful response made a big difference.
I can warmly recommend this hotel. Even if something goes wrong, you can be confident that they will take action and do their best to resolve the matter. That level of commitment and service only makes the hotel better and stronger in the long run.

Summary: Ac was not available until the following month. Lots of noises coming from the streets and halls inside the hotel.

Summary: The Hotel is very central but unfortunately the rooms get pretty hot and stay that way because of the missing AC. I found a few hairs in the bathroom but overall the cleanness was OK.
