Positive: Perfect location - quiet, nice views, close to Lidl / Billa, good starting point for hikes or shorter walks straight from the apartment, plenty of cabins nearby for visiting other mountains. The apartment is spacy, comfortable, fully equipped, with large and comfortable beds, with its own entrance and seatings outside. There were 5 of us - three adults and two kids, 12 and 15 years, - and we fit in nicely. The +1 sofa for the fifth person was of a quality of a regular bed. Very fast wi-fi connection. The hosts are super nice and there were no problems even though our German is very poor.

Negative: A lot of flies and mosquitos were flying into the room when windows were open, and with closed windows it was quite hot and moist inside. Maybe installing some mosquito nets would be helpful. But it's just a detail, the accomodation is otherwise outstanding.
