Summary: Receptionist on booking in was fantastic, she had a huge queue due to lack of staff but dealt with the situation really well. No food to order the bar staff advised just a buffet and take a look before you commit was their advise! We did and it was rubbish hardly anything there so we left. The fantastic receptionist recommended the square in wickham and we had a great meal there.
