Located within a quiet courtyard setting, the property is very comfortable for two people, with accommodation set across two floors and furnished in a homely, comfortable style,. There is even a wood burner making it just ideal for an autumn or winter retreat! PLEASE NOTE: THE WOODBURNING STOVE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR USE. Open Water: we must remind you that open water swimming on the lakes at Lower Mill Estate can be dangerous and if any person chooses to partake in open water swimming, they must be aware of the following:
1. The open water bodies are NOT supervised by LME staff
2. British Standard buoyancy aids must be worn by all Homeowners, Guests and Renters wishing to use the lakes and users are encouraged to make themselves aware of the location of throw lines which are situated at appropriate locations at the edge of lakes
3. Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household
4. Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn
5. No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time
Amenities: Customers have the use of the outdoor heated pool, sauna (Available all year excluding January when the estate is closed) plus tennis court, paddle boards, canoes and bikes for hire. Plus a private orchard for your own use. Excellent and varied fishing within the lakes, plus Spinney Lake is available for non-powered boats. Great area for cycling and walking. Heating and Elec included, Washing Machine. All linen and towels included. Complimentary Wifi included. No Pets. No Smokers. No Hen or Stag parties please. All facilities are currently open at the estate for your use, but please note you MUST book a time slot prior to arrival to use most of the on site facilities.
