Positive: Was really looking forward to staying here after our late father booked for us all to stay for Christmas shortly before he passed away unexpectedly. Due to even further heartbreak with our sick dog, we were unable to make the trip. Hopefully will visit the area in the future. Booking.com were incredibly understanding & helpful.

Negative: The owner of the property was not the most responsive or understanding person at all. Completely ignored our request to perhaps rebook our dates & gave no answer. We didn't expect to be able to, but a reply would have been decent.

Summary: The trip that sadly never was
