Villa Pinky is a charming house located few meters from the beach of Santandria and only 1.8km from the center of Ciutadella in the Son Gall area.
Built in 2011 with the attention on details and comforts this is the right place to spend peaceful and relaxing days in Menorca, with friend and the family, in a total privacy.
The property is developed in a plot of 1100sqm with nice and spacious outdoor spaces, there is an infinity pool 12x5mt with waterfall, a terrace with sun loungers, 36 sqm barbecue area, covered loggia with table and chairs for dinners outside, and sofas for chatting and drink an aperitif after a sunny days.
Directly from the external terrace we enter in the bright living room, thanks to the big sliding glass doors is possible to enjoy the natural air and the view on the outside.
This space is really well organized, with sofas and flat screen, in a separated room the modern equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffè machine, where to prepare great meals all together, it has the direct access and panoramic view of the outside and to the pool.
Moving upstairs we find 4 bedrooms, including 3 suites, all have with en suite bathroom, one with also the bath, and one double bed.
Villa Pinky is developed on 205 sqm, it offer a guest bathroom, the air conditioning, wi fi connection, heating and in the basement, the guests will find 160sqm of garage for many cars, it’s also including the final cleaning, pool maintenance and the gardener
Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
