It is boutique designed with very spacious open plan living accommodation, including a large lounge with those sea views through a wall of glass & log burner, gardens front and rear with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Fully equipped contemporary Kitchen, a separate Dining Room enjoying those sea views with a separate Utility Room. Free WiFi.
Located in a very quite road with Free parking right outside and 2 mins walk of the SW Coast Path for some extraordinary walks also within a 7 to 10 minutes stroll of the village and harbour of Mevagissey.
Little Pebble House has two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests:-
1) Master bedroom with Super King Size bed or twin beds, 40” Smart TV, Echo Dot with clock, dressing room, ensuite shower room with extra-large shower and en suite bathroom with a luxurious double ended bath and mood lighting.
2) Second bedroom with British king size bed, 30” Smart TV, radio clock and adjoining shower room with extra-large shower and mood lighting
Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvets and pillows, luxurious bath sheets and hand towels + beach towels provided.
The super comfy and wonderfully spacious sea view lounge has a 55” Smart TV with SkyQ and DVD player and log burner, where you can sink into the sofas and drink in the amazing sea views through the wall of glass. It has French doors leading straight out on the raised patio area where you can further enjoy the stunning sea views from whilst dining or drinking Al Fresco, or just laze around on the sun loungers relaxing and tanning
The kitchen enjoys the same wonderful sea views along with a double oven, large induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge plus an under counter fridge with open plan layout through to the lounge and the separate dining room
A separate dining room leads off the kitchen with a TV and wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the sea views from, leading out to the raised patio area where you sit out and enjoy your meals or a glass of something chilled, al fresco.
Leading off the Dining Room there is also a very large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. Access to the front driveway
There is a peaceful front garden and at the rear, a sun trap hard landscaped garden with those stunning sea views which is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, rotary washing line.

Mevagissey is a quaint 14th Century working fishing village on the south coast of Cornwall. There are many pubs and restaurants in and around the village. It is within 20 minutes drive of the Eden Project and only 5 minutes drive rom the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Truro is 13 miles away. Travelling further afield, Mevagissey is within 50 minutes of Padstow, Port Issac, Marizion, St Ives. Lands End is about 1 hour 10 mins away as is Tintagel. There is a seasonal Ferry running between Mevagissey and Fowey where, if you are lucky, you may be able to dolphin/seal watch on the boat!!
A car is strongly recommended for getting around in Cornwall as public transport is not that frequent.
The train station in St Austell approximately 6 miles away
Buses run from Mevagissey to Lost Gardens of Heligan, St Austell and Fowey
Newquay airport is approx 45 mins away by car
