Ocean Views owes its name to its panoramic sea views, spanning from Brighton to Selsey Lifeboat station and beyond. Fishing boats and larger ships can be watched while relaxing with a drink on the large roof terrace. The good sized garden, and well equipped games room, provides a secure and private space for children and pets to play. Rinse off from a day on the beach under the heated outside shower. A charcoal barbecue and garden furniture are provided for alfresco dining on the patio in the evening sun. Split over three levels, Ocean Views offers a comfortable base for a beach side holiday. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed and separate shower room. There is a large kitchen and dining area with doors opening onto the garden and patio. Occupying the first floor is a large triple aspect sitting room with balcony and access to the roof terrace. A wood-burning stove provides additional warmth in the cooler months with logs available for guests, a large television with free view and a digital radio. The remaining three bedrooms; a double with king-size bed, a twin room and another with adult sized bunk-beds, are found on the second floor along with a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds to ensure a good night's sleep and all beds are made with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, a choice of pillows and feather duvets. There is a travel cot (but please provide own cot bedding), a high chair and plastic crockery and cutlery for our youngest guests. Stair-gates are installed at the top and bottom of both flights of stairs for you little ones' safety. The driveway provides parking for up to five cars. Boats or trailers can be stored securely within the garden with access through its double gates. Well behaved dogs are accepted with prior arrangement and are charged at £25/stay. Secure Wi-Fi is provided (passcode to be found within property). I am sorry but electric vehicles may NOT be charged at the property via extension lead as this invalidates our insurance. There are public electric charging points nearby at East Street car park.
We do not accept stag or hen groups. Please note that the small front balcony is currently out of use and is due to be replaced. However there is still the large roof terrace so hopefully this will not spoil your stay.
