Positive: Affordable, clean, helpful host, close to Rho-Fieramilano M1 metro line (which also has a large affordable car park), furnished reasonably, good wifi, close to the highway on way out of the city. The host being easy to reach makes it easier to make the decision of staying in the property.

Negative: Far from city (but that's reflected in the room rent). Breakfast options are limited.

Summary: Value for money stay, but need a car.
