Recently refurbished to a very high standard with fairly luxurious and comfortable fittings and furnishings within the property. Modern, comfortable and spacious home to relax, enjoy and rest during the guests stay at the property. 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to and from Gillingham train station, which links with fast train to London. Gillingham High Street has fabulous eateries and coffee shops.
The space
A modern, newly refurbished, and spacious 4-bed property is located within a short walking distance from Gillingham town centre. The location is perfect: it is close to the town centre yet within a very quiet neighbourhood, offering a perfect staycation for family, holidaymakers as well as corporate clients. The property offers great facilities, such as a Smart TV, fast free Wi-Fi, open plan kitchen and more. Not to mention a beautifully decorated living area with a comfortable sofa, where our guests can have a well-deserved relaxing time during their stay.
We offer remote access with easy self-check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a large family living room with a huge open-plan kitchen dinner up to 6-8 people with modern facilities which leads to a well-maintained back garden for outdoor activities. The ground floor consists of one double bedroom and a family bathroom.
First Floor
A staircase from the ground floor hall leads upstairs to the large bedroom on the right, where a new and comfortable single and double bed have been set up. This room has an attached toilet. As you walk on the left, there is another beautiful double bedroom, shower unit with toilet and further down with another single bedroom. This property has enough comfortable beds for 8 people.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house as we want you to feel at home, and nobody will interfere with you whilst you are on the property unless you request for extra cleaning during your stay.
Other things to note
Parking
Paid on street car parking. A visitor's Daily Parking Permit ticket will be provided to the guests. A paid permit ticket can be provided (£2.50/day) for premises parking along the kerb on Eva Road for 1 guest's car.
Check-In / Check Out
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & Highchair
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair requests cannot be met at this moment.
