The open-plan living space is the perfect place to socialise, while the private patio has everything you will need to dine alfresco in the sunshine with the rolling countryside as your backdrop. Should you wish to explore the area, the historic hamlet and private estate of Walton is perfect for scenic dog walks, or you can venture further to Shakespeare's birth county, the nearby Cotswolds and historic Warwick for great days out.
The space
Step inside the barn and into the open-plan living space, paving the way with underfloor heating and complete with beamed ceilings and contemporary décor. The light and airy lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day in the countryside with its plush velvet sofa and Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials, including an oven and hob, microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Prepare delicious feasts together, before retreating to the dining table which comfortably seats two overlooking the delightful duck pond.
A handmade oak staircase leads directly to the galleried bedroom where you will find a sumptuous king-size bed with a Loaf mattress, silky soft sheets and plump pillows, perfect for a great night's sleep. The adjoining en-suite comprises a walk-in shower, a cast-iron bath tub and premium bath and body products to enjoy.
Outside, you will have access to a safe and enclosed garden for your furry friends to explore. There is a BBQ and a stylish dining table, which is the ideal spot for alfresco dining or sipping a crisp glass of wine while admiring the rolling countryside views. When the sky fills with stars, get cosy around the fire pit with your nearest and dearest.

Caution: Set outside the fully enclosed garden area there is an ornamental pond. There is a lifebelt located at the pond, but please do not swim or go near the edge of the pond which shelves away sharply. Do not let children or dogs play near the pond

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
