Positive: Great communication from the very friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely accommodation, really comfortable and well thought out. We had everything we needed and the bed and bedding were super comfortable. Everything has been well designed and planned.

Negative: Firstly let me say we were very happy with the accommodation but there are a couple of things which we feel could be improved. There was a large pothole by the entrance gate - we weren't made aware of this and scraped our car badly as the entrance is not very well lit and we didn't see it. It was also hard to see the keypad to open the gates. Also there was no automatic outside lighting at the property which would have been very helpful - we couldn't see what we were doing (including when trying to open the keysafe) until we got inside and were able to turn on the outside lights. It's also very hard not to drive on the grass as requested, especially when the neighbours cars are parked.
