Summary: This is by far the least helpful and rudest staff I've ever encountered. We had 2 rooms, for four nights, and everyday there was some issue. We had requested to change rooms, being told twice that it was no problem, only to later being told that we couldn't, and how impossible it was. Housekeeping would enter our rooms with out permission, even though the front desk clearly told us that they need our permission to do so, causing us to be awakend by staff who just opened the doors, without our consent. When we asked for our rooms to be cleaned, they only cleaned one. When we asked about it, we were only met by a shrug and a cold "wasn't on the list", though clearly they where. Here's the part where they at least should have asked if we'd like any towels or if there were anything they could do, but alas. The unwillingness to help was beyond, and I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Having been a receptionist for 9 years my self, this has been a display on how not to be a receptionist, and I have been shocked over the level of unprofessionalism of this staff. In the end we wouldn't even bother asking if we had any questions or requirement.
