Summary: It is cheap, but that doesn’t mean it has to be this bad. Room was cold; no extra blankets and only very thin bedding in November. No soap in the shower dispenser. No bin in the room. I’d precooked breakfast, which was not available when we turned up and consisted of a hastily cut baguette and honey or Nutella. No apology from the front desk who simply said there would normally be none of these problems but we’d arrived too late to point them out. Does the franchise name a disservice.
