Summary: Currently thr place it is going under renovation which menas they're are really loud starting at 8am! I am on vacation! This is a big inconvenience that at 8am there are worker already doing work next to my room, if they knlw this is going on do not give rooms that are next to the work that it ia being done, no A/C on the apartment, and the worst you have to pay to park in the hotel! I am paying already for my stay and I need to pay more for that, this is bad service, apartment are really small and shower are soooo small....not coming to this place again, look for something else.

Summary: Very convenient for the races. No mention of the renovations going on so Saturday morning 07.45, hammers and drills going flat out. Not good. We had a renovated room and it is adequate for a short stay but very small. It was also not finished. The toiletries were plastic bags dumped on the side as the dispensers were not yet in place. BEWARE, there is a strange shelf, hanger unit on the wall (no hangers though) and this is above the shelf and seat bit. I now have a large cut on my head due the the ridiculous thing that has a very dangerous sharp corner. My friend, in a different room also nutted it as well. It is downright dangerous. I would say for the price I paid booked 10 months in advance it was OK, but would probably upgrade next years visit though.

Summary: it's a 2 star hotel, we paid £98 for two nights during Rock en Seine (big music festival), which is very very reasonable considering event and the fact it's Paris. Hotel is in lovely area with lots local shops/cafes/restaurants and shops just across the road. We didn't expect much for the price, just needed somewhere clean to sleep. Reception is modern and guys speak good english, when you enter the room it does have a smell, it's like freshly cleaned train toilet (sorry can't think of anything else), but after airing the room for a bit (each room has big fully openable window) it was fine. Toilet and showeroom are together, very small area but shower pressure is good and gel they provide smells nice. You get your towels and we had our room cleaned after first night which was a nice addition. There was some drilling noise on Friday morning as they're refurbishing but honestly for the price it was awesome.

Summary: Avoid! There's a vast number of hotels in this area, if you have to stay here (out in the sticks)- I'd avoid this one. No air conditioning so you have to sleep with the window open, except then you get drilling/hammering/yelling from men outside (especially if you have a rear facing room, overlooking bins and other hotels rooms) from 6am every single morning and until 1/2am each night.
Some of the rooms come with breakfast, definitely don't pay the 8 euros for it - stale croissants, stale pain au Chocolat and stale bread each day with a plate of plasticy-cheese or ham, both look like theyve seen better days. Cornflakes, chocolate pops or fromage frais.
Staff are surly and glare at you while you eat, clearly wanting you out of there as quickly as they can. We ended up going out for breakfast in the end because it was so poor.
The room isnt cleaned at all or fresh linen/towels unless you ask. Which is fine if you're there for a couple of days, but couple of weeks and it's just gross. When we arrived it was apparent the room hadnt been cleaned, we found multiple hairs, pillow cases were dirty and toilet stained.
I'd say the only positive is there's a lift in the hotel.
Rooms are not as pictured on the website - very small room with tiny tv in the corner. Bathroom is a tiny "add on" plastic room where you can hear every bodily function if you're sharing with someone.
Ive stayed in a number of places around Paris and this is definitely one I'd never return to or recommend
