Positive: They were pet friendly and with the lockbox there was no drama checking in when we arrived late at night. The cupboards had all sorts of handy essentials (oil, flour, spices) and the kitchen had everything we needed including a blender which was a nice surprise. We saved loads of money and time because we didn't have to run to the shops for e.g. nutmeg. I am not sure why some of the past reviews are lukewarm/negative, the place matches what was described in this listing and it's a fair price for the location, walking distance to all of St Alban's nicest sites, pubs, restaurants. Being a newer build the walls are thin but we didn't hear much from the neighbours, and it's nice that the two bedrooms in this property not adjacent to each other (separated by bathroom).

Negative: Zero complaints, met all requirements!
