Negative: It is a highly “automated” experience. We received a lot of automated non individual messages ahead of our arrival where we were receiving instructions or requests. Despite an immediate follow up these requests kept coming. And info we already received was re-sent. We were the only guests in November and I guess that was why the host was distance managing.

Summary: Perfect location, nice property - let down by the hosts highly automated, non personal approach
