From here you find a bright, characterful living room/kitchen/diner which in turn opens onto a beautiful patio garden overlooking an orange grove. In the entrada guests can make use of the library. The bedroom is nice and cool in summer and warm in winter and has the unusual feature of an original trough. The kitchen is equipped with oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, flat screen TV with Internet TV and Netflix, a 2 seater sofa, writing desk, dining table & 2 chairs. WIFI is available. There is oil fired central heating for the colder months and air-con for the hotter months. Outside there is a table and 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers plus a BBQ.
