Set amongst the verdant hills of southern Umbria, this Agriturismo farm offers an oasis of calm, where guests can truly relax. The farmhouse has been sensitively converted into 3 beautiful apartments, which share the tranquil gardens; swimming pool; hot tub and tennis court. This is a little piece of paradise!
This first-floor apartment, which sleeps 3 people, is tastefully decorated. The open-plan living room has a sofa, flat-screen TV, storage cupboard, dining table and a fitted kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. There are several shaded seating areas where guests can relax, a children’s playground, table tennis, a tennis court, a hot tub and a swimming pool with sun loungers for guests after a refreshing dip.

Set in unspoilt countryside, the farm is only 7 minutes from Fabro, a medieval town which has not one, but two castles. The city of Orvieto is just 30 minutes away and should not be missed. Its cathedral is one of the most beautiful in Italy, and its white wine has been enjoyed by Popes and commoners for centuries.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia (1 hour) is also well worth a visit, to discover its Renaissance palaces and museums.
The closest airport is at Perugia 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
