Positive: Quiet location . Central for Isle of Wight attractions

Negative: The swampy ground around the hot tub which was flooded and continued to do so the whole time we stayed .The upstairs shower had black mould on the grouting .it was obvious that the corners of the rooms,skirting behind and under furniture is not thoroughly cleaned.

Summary: Disappointed standards have slipped.
