Our apartments are situated in the residential area of Villaviciosa, where you can enjoy, on the one hand, the peace and quiet of nature, and on the other, have all the comforts of the apple capital of Spain, which is non other than Villaviciosa.
Paseo de la Alameda is a traditional style Asturian house, built with top-quality materials. It is situated next to the riverbanks of La Alameda, and includes seven rustic style apartments, with wooden interiors, six of them with one bedroom, bathroom and a lounge-kitchen and one with two bedrooms, bathroom and a lounge-kitchen.
They are all fully equipped, and include a TV in the bedroom and lounge, DVD, piped music, whirlpool bath, telephone, fireplace, heating, completely digital hob, washing machine and microwave. Protected with a fire and burglar alarm. It also has a communal terrace and garden, and on both sides of the house there is a shop and a restaurant.
Set in the heart of the cider district, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy it rural and historical tourism, where you can visit the night-life and the local festivals of the town.
