This lovely house with a hot tub is ideally located for access to the sea at Haying Island. The house has been completely refurbished and offers modern and comfortable accommodation for 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, the hosts have finished the property beautifully and have even included a pool table in the conservatory.
Entering the front door there is a large hallway leading to a double bedroom and a further bedroom containing both a double bed and bunk bed. The family bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower over the bath. To the front of the house you will find the kitchen which has been well equipped to comfortably self cater for your stay including kettle, Douche Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine for guests to use.
The sitting room has a large smart TV and a comfortable sofa and chairs and this room is open to the dining area which then leads into the conservatory which has a small pool table.
The garden is to the side of the house and there is a hot tub for guests to use.
To the front of the house there is parking for 2 cars.
