This gorgeous barn conversion is seriously stylish from the moment you arrive. With split level accommodation, it's original use was as an open cart shed. With exposed stone walls and vaulted ceiling, the light floods into the main living, dining and kitchen space from a series of French doors that open onto a private garden, with views across fields and woodland.
Designed on two levels, there are two bedrooms upstairs, both with ensuites, then an oak stairway leads you down to the open plan, double height kitchen, dining and living space.
With exposed beams and stone walling, this fabulous light filled room has three double French doors that open out onto a private garden with views across the Cornish countryside.
LIVING
Mawes Barn boasts an open plan kitchen/living/diner, with a gas feature fireplace and comfortable furniture, and enjoys views over the garden accessed with double doors. Here you’ll find a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games. An oak staircase leads off the sitting room to the upper floor.
EATING
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room based on the upper level.
SLEEPING
There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom, featuring a zip and link beds which can be made into super king on request, and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
