The kitchen features a Belfast sink, range style oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and comes well-equipped with utensils, crockery, pots & pans — for guests who enjoy cooking before or after a day on the beach.
The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating and an electric fire, perfect for the colder months. The whole area is ideal for sitting around together, enjoying the widescreen TV, whilst admiring the sights of Swanage out of the large bay window.
On the second floor is a laundry room with washing machine and the first pair of bedrooms. This includes a large kingsize bedroom with modern en-suite shower room and sea views. The second bedroom consists of 2 sets of bunk beds and en-suite bath, perfect for younger guests in the party needing a wash after a day spent on the golden sands of Swanage beach!
