Positive: We liked the location, kid programs ,pools

Negative: The room didn't have coffee ,tea, or kettle in it. We could have paid for having a kettle in our room. We had to pay for a safety box which is insane. Staff did not accommodate the late check out request and there wasn't any information given about available services. Food wasn't great ,no proper selections for children.
