Summary: The property was really lovely. Exactly as the photos and exceptionally clean.Our lovely host lives next door and was on hand for anything needed, nothing was too much trouble.Communication leading up to our stay was great and I received replies to my emails on the same day.Our host speaks good English and I understand is also fluent in German. I think he speaks French as well!The property is within easy walking distance of a lovely beach and a nice town that had everything we needed. We did not have a car and we did not need one for our requirements.The drive from Palermo airport is about 45 minutes. We arranged for our host to drive us.It was very hot when we were there in September, but the air con was fine.The pool and gardens were immaculate, with the pool being cleaned daily.I was there as a single Mum with my 2 young adult daughters and we felt the area to be safe.All the doors and windows in the prooerty have bars and bug screens, we had no mosquitos.I would definitely recommend without hesitation and would happily stay again.
