Summary: After reading the reviews before we went we were very apprehensive on what it was going to be like!
Upon arrival you have to fill in a registration form and pay £60 in cash per room (No Card Payment Accepted). Remote control for the tv given to you at check in with the WiFi code on the back of it.
Rooms were ok but small and both had en-suites, clean and also had 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel (not very good, they looked new but didn’t dry yourself very well). Also had tea & coffee facilities but no plug near the kettle so had to put it on the floor the other side of the room to use it!
Noisy at night with doors slamming and people talking but we did stay on a Saturday night so not sure if it would be quieter in the week!
No food at the hotel but plenty of eateries close by. McDonald’s on the next corner and we also recommend The Duttons Arms pub, great food!
When checking out remember to take your remote control back to reception. We handed the keys/control back to reception and the receptionist said I will be back in a sec, she was gone for a while, obviously to check the 2 rooms we had, so we thought here we go it’s going to be a battle to get the deposits back (after reading all the bad reviews) She finally came back and gave us the full deposit of £120.
No car parking at the hotel so we parked at the Premier Inn, bit of a walk but not too bad, pre booked through Your Parking Space for £9.23 for 24 hours!
Even though it wasn’t a bad stay we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Summary: Booked through Expedia. I searched for hotel with free parking as parking expensive in blackpool. Got to the property and not only is it no free parking but no parking at all. Extra £20 spent for 48 hours parking. You do get an email with hidden details about the hotel after booking. NO PARKING and £60 cash deposit required. This should be made visible before booking.
Towels in the room made you look like a stray black dog. Take your own towel. I was covered in so much black fluff that I'm surprised there was any towel left. Spoke to reception about this and was just advised that all the towels in the hotel are like this.
Windows were not opened before a heatwave so the room was like an oven. No a/c or fan. Impossible to sleep in.
Hotel however does have a superb view if a sea view booked. The hotel is also in an excellent location so doesn't deserve 1 star.

Summary: Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs.

Summary: I would recommend getting the Sea View room. Without the view, the room is severely lacking. The bed was worn out, with a dip on the sleeping side (the side that wasn't agaist the wall). The shower was incredibly small and awkward, as it had no shelving for soap or shampoos, and the curtain doesn't keep the water off the bathroom floor. The towels are not very absorbant, possibly due to liquid softener, but they were are soft! I didn't like that the towels were black. Couldn't tell if they were really clean or not.
There was loud party music from the bar downstairs and there is no longer on-site parking as Expedia advertises. However, we had no issue finding parking right across the street.
The £60 is a little weird, but ok. Leave extra time at checkout because they have to go to your room and look at it before they'll give you the £60 deposit back.
All in all, it served its purpose for the one night I was there. The staff were nice and helpful. An electric kettle and tea were provided in the room, so the best part for me was making tea in the morning and sitting in bed watching the waves crash on the quiet beach.
