The large, very well equipped kitchen has luxurious underfloor heating and mood lighting, as well as quality appliances and all the essentials for cooking at home. You will find a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and much more.
The kitchen leads out to a bright, spacious conservatory with lovely views of the surrounding well-kept garden with it's beautiful plants and low-maintenance artificial lawn.
Upstairs, there are 3 well proportioned bedrooms, the master with double bed, TV and plenty of clothes storage, a 2nd double room with large wardrobes, and the 3rd bedroom with single bed plus second pull-out single stored below. A travel cot is also available on request.
The modern, spotlessly clean family bathroom features full bath plus separate shower cubicle.
Directly out the front of the house you will find a driveway with private parking for 2 vehicles.
