Positive: The location was nice and central for our needs. The house is spacious, big enough for 5 adults. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was also comfortable and clean. Was equipped for a base location. Plenty outdoor space. Off street parking for 1 car. No excess noise levels from street or neighbour's. Communication from the owner was spot on, checking in via text to make sure we had all the information we needed and to check in after our stay.

Negative: The rooms were very sparse, the livingroom area has no tables or shelves for keys, phones, cups of coffees etc Bedrooms are the same, a chair or bedside table are needed. The kitchen also could do with a few basic utensils, we made basic meals but lacked a few things to make it easy. Used sponges and cloths left at the sink area, would have preferred a fresh sponge and scourer. Seperate toilet and bath/shower area was good but there is no sink in the toilet area to wash hands. Some utensils, pots, cutlery and plates were not clean properly. There were only 3 mugs but there were 5 people staying.

Summary: Pleasant stay, would definitely book again.
