Summary: I was not happy about filling in my personal details on paper to the reception, especially when my details are already on the computer. Especially my home address and mobile phone number. This is letting strangers know that i am not at home. With all the scams going on at the moment this is so wrong and i would like an apology, also i want my details on the paper shredded. With prove that this has been done. The bathroom lighting is very poor, even the light about the mirror would not work, making shaving difficult.
