The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and is spacious with French doors leading onto the rear garden, and the third bedroom is also on the ground floor and has twin beds. There is a separate dining room which comfortably seats 8 people. There is a ground-floor cloakroom. The log burner in the lounge makes the room very cosy in winter.
There is a compact rear garden which is sunny and private, and has a decked area with table and chairs, and a barbecue. There is parking available on the driveway for 3 cars.
Jacaranda is situated down a private gravel road, in a hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Marchwood and there is no through traffic.
