Positive: Since this will be a longer review, I’ll start with the most important part so that everyone can easily find this information right away: IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT APARTMENT IN SPAIN WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE AND SUPPORT FROM THE OWNER, THIS IS THE APARTMENT FOR YOU. We have been traveling around Europe with our family for over a dozen years. You could say we are quite demanding when it comes to the standard and cleanliness of an apartment. This apartment was the best choice we’ve ever made for a vacation stay in our history of traveling. Exceptional service and constant support from the host. Nick was in touch with us throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and that both check-in and check-out went smoothly. He even allowed us to check in earlier, despite the fact that we hadn’t arranged this prior to our arrival. Truly a super flexible approach to customer care and attention to our well-being. We even received videos showing us how to get to the apartment, how to enter, how to operate the air conditioning, alarm system, and more. He even sent us a video of the balcony with the stunning view the day before we arrived! This level of care is what I’d call ‘super standard,’ especially when compared to other apartments, particularly in Spain, where we sometimes find ourselves wandering at night looking for the right building and apartment or searching for keys hidden in the grass. Once again, I’ll repeat – this was the highest level of host care we have ever encountered. Of course, the apartment has all the possible amenities and even more than we expected. The partially stocked fridge upon our arrival was a brilliant idea. Excellent dishes, kitchen appliances, and electronics, with a sound system throughout the entire house. Everything you need, from the dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, dryer, and so much more. It’s better than being at home. For the first time, we didn’t lack anything—literally nothing. I’ll repeat: nothing.

Negative: Everything was perfect!
