Positive: This is a very good conversion of an old barn with all the facilities that you need. Parking and unpacking was easy to achieve. Prosecco and milk was provided on arrival.

Negative: Heating and hot water went off for 24 hrs.

Summary: The property is an excellent base to explore East Yorkshire
