Positive: It was like a home from home for our needs. Good sized lounge diner for our 5yr old to spread her toys out but leave enough room to be comfortable for us too!

Negative: Lounge floor creaky so if someone still in bed downstairs they were woken up by creaky floor. (Lounge is above the ground floor bedroom)

Summary: Excellent. Great base for our holiday to visit York and surrounding area but stay in quiet area.
