Positive: We have stayed at the Hayloft several times now over the last couple of years. We stopped adding reviews as it was becoming hard to say something different after each stay. However, we had seen some negative reviews starting to appear over the last few months, and while completely valid, we had noticed that steps had been taken to improve based on what people had been saying. There had been minor repairs to the tiles in the shower. I've always found the shower to be warm and powerful and the styling of the bathroom is in keeping with the age of the property. The bedding had been replaced and looked to be new. We also noticed a little step had been added to aid in climbing in and out of bed. My wife found this to be useful. I couldn't say for sure but I think the mattress may also be new. I have experienced back aches on previous visits but the sleeping arrangements overall on this occasion were very comfortable and warm. There have also been a few changes in decor, including a large mirror in the upstairs area. Fairy lights have been added around the frame which gives the living space a lovely cozy feeling for the winter months. We loved our most recent holiday and will definitely be staying at the Hayloft again!
