Positive: Loads of character to this building,exceptionally clean really cosy and comfy.easy to find ,onsite parking.perfect location,2 mins to train station and cheap enough to get to Bridlington and scarborough.bed comfy.welcome gift of wine thank u.town has 4 pubs ,3 do food and all walking distance from house.co op near too.

Negative: Nothing .everything was great.
